Terms of Business
PAYMENT
Payment can be made by card or cheque, card payments are taken on receipt of order.
Cheques should be made payable to Tamar Organics. All prices include VAT where
applicable.

CARRIAGE
Orders under £50.00 will incur carriage at cost. See chart. Heavy
Parcels to Highlands, Islands and Northern Ireland may attract a surcharge.

SUBSTITUTIONS
In the event of an
item being unavailable we will substitute the nearest equivalent item where
possible. In some cases this will mean conventional seed instead of ORGANIC
seed. Credit notes will be issued to make up the value if required. Please state
clearly if this is not acceptable in special instruction box at check out.
DELIVERY TIME
In most cases, goods
will be dispatched within 1 week of receipt of order. However, during busy
periods, deliveries may take longer and we ask you to allow 21 days for
delivery. We may send part orders or hold orders back until complete depending on circumstances. If you have any concerns about your order please phone or e mail us.
DISCOUNTS
Group discounts for allotment societies, garden clubs etc. are available
on application.
CONDITIONS
All seeds sold by TAMAR ORGANICS are supplied in
accordance with EEC seeds legislation. In the event of seed failing to germinate
under suitable conditions we will replace the seed or refund the purchase price.
All descriptions of varieties are for guidance only and we will not be held
responsible for any crop grown from seeds or plants supplied by us. Similarly,
seed counts are provided for your guidance and should be regarded as
approximate. Tamar Organics will not be liable for any delay, consequential loss
or injury arising as a result of the delivery or use of items ordered from this
catalogue. Ordering implies acceptance of these terms.
